ONLINE ORDERS

When you complete an online order, we do our very best to ensure your piece is sent within 5 days of the order being placed. If you need something sooner please communicate this with us before placing your order to ensure we can accommodate the request.

You can also select to pick up from our home based studio in Croydon South at no extra charge.

Items are packaged to ensure a safe delivery.

 SHIPPING

All pieces ordered through our online store or by phone will be sent by Australia Post with regular and express post options. You will be sent tracking details via Aust Post when your order has been sent.

Postage fees are charged at a flat rate per order $12.00 for regular and $14.00 for express.
If your order does not arrive in a timely manner please contact us and we will follow it up with Australia Post. Replacement items will be posted at our discretion.
