OVERVIEW
erin.k offers change of mind returns on all stock items for exchange or store credit for 30 days after purchase date and up to 31st January for purchases made in December.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. An exchange or store credit will then be issued.

Refunds will only be granted for faulty stock. If you believe an item to be faulty please email us within 5 days of receipt of goods with photos or a description of fault. Stock must be posted back and will inspected upon delivery.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

There are no exchanges or refunds available on custom designs or sale items.
